FAQ
What happens after I submit a vehicle inquiry?
GLS reviews the information and contacts you about possible next steps. Submitting does not guarantee acceptance or pickup.
What vehicles can I ask about?
You can tell us about a car or truck. Include the year, make, model, condition, and general location so we can assess your inquiry.
Do I need to provide photos?
Photos are optional at first. GLS may request them after reviewing the vehicle details.
Should I include my street address or identity documents?
No. Use only your city and country in the first inquiry. Our team will explain if more information is needed later.
How will GLS contact me?
We use the email address or phone number you provide to follow up about your inquiry.
Does submitting commit me to anything?
No. An inquiry is a request for review, and any further step will be discussed with you.
